PB Signs has been working with Malvern College for over a decade, supporting the school with a wide range of print and signage solutions across the campus. Malvern College needed a signage supplier who could take care of a wide range of requirements – from everyday operational signage through to more bespoke pieces that reflect the College’s identity and values, even down to wrapping kitchen worktops in their boarding houses. With a large and varied campus, plus a full programme of events throughout the year, signage needs often change, so flexibility, accuracy and a good understanding of the education sector are essential.
We work closely with the College team in a collaborative and straightforward way, providing a fully managed service from initial consultation and design support through to manufacture and installation. Because we produce signage in-house, we can keep a close eye on quality and lead times, which means we’re able to respond quickly while maintaining a consistent look and feel across the campus.
We also take time to recommend materials that are genuinely right for a school environment, making sure signage remains clear, safe and hard-wearing in high-traffic areas throughout the academic year.
One example of our work includes the design, manufacture and installation of prominent signage for key areas of the College. These projects needed a careful balance between practicality and appearance, ensuring the signage complemented the surrounding architecture while still being clear and easy to use every day. Alongside this, we regularly support the College with event signage, internal graphics and updates to wayfinding as spaces change or new requirements arise.
