ARTWORK SIGN OFF – PROOF POLICY
Proofing is an important step. Whether you have submitted your own artwork or Printed Banners & Signs designs it for you, it is YOUR responsibility to check for any errors prior to printing.
Printed Banners & Signs shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any errors, before giving the final product to the client. It is agreed that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no errors contained in the final product.
Please double check all artwork carefully including spelling, grammar, telephone numbers, fonts, colours, design & layout before approving. Once you are happy to proceed please confirm by email.
Please note no further work will be carried out until the proof is approved. To avoid delays in production, please deal with this on the day of receipt.
Proofs are prepared to allow you the opportunity to check for errors and mistakes. We will proceed with production on receipt of your approval, and we cannot accept liability for errors which are evident in the proof and not indicated by you at this stage.
You will be liable for all relevant costs incurred in correcting such mistakes once the proof has been approved.
