Christmas is just around the corner, and for businesses, event organisers and venues, the festive season is one of the busiest times of the year. From Christmas markets and winter fairs to corporate parties, festive promotions and community celebrations, now is the perfect time to start planning your event signage and printed materials.
At PB Signs, we know how much work goes into organising a successful Christmas event. Whether you’re hosting a small festive gathering or a large-scale Christmas market, the right signage can help create a memorable experience, attract visitors and keep everything running smoothly.
Make Your Christmas Event Stand Out
With so many festive events taking place throughout November and December, making a great first impression is essential.
Eye-catching banners, branded backdrops and promotional displays can help your event stand out from the crowd while creating a welcoming festive atmosphere.
Whether you’re promoting a Christmas shopping evening, advertising a seasonal offer or welcoming guests to a corporate celebration, professionally printed signage helps bring your event to life.
Festive Signage Essentials
Not sure what signage you’ll need? Here are some popular options to consider when planning your Christmas event:
Outdoor Banners & Flags: Perfect for advertising Christmas markets, festive fairs, seasonal promotions and special events.
Welcome Signs & Directional Signage: Help visitors find entrances, parking, stalls and facilities with clear, easy-to-follow signage.
Roller Banners & Display Stands: Ideal for indoor Christmas events, shopping centres, exhibitions and festive fundraising activities.
Foamex & Correx Boards: Lightweight, versatile signage for temporary displays, event information and promotional messages.
Window Graphics & Festive Displays: Transform shopfronts, offices and venues with seasonal graphics that grab attention.
Branded Backdrops & Photo Opportunities: Create the perfect setting for Christmas parties, festive photographs and social media moments.
Don't Forget the Little Details!
It’s often the smaller finishing touches that make an event feel special.
From branded stickers and gift tags to table signs, menus, promotional boards and personalised decorations, bespoke print can help create a coordinated festive look.
For businesses hosting Christmas parties or customer events, incorporating your branding into the decorations and displays is a great way to make the occasion feel both professional and personal.
Planning a Christmas Market or Community Event?
If you’re organising a Christmas market, charity fundraiser, school fair or community celebration, clear signage is particularly important.
Visitors need to know where to go, what’s happening and how to find their favourite stalls or activities.
Temporary outdoor signs, wayfinding boards and promotional banners can all make a big difference to the visitor experience.
At PB Signs, we can help you choose practical, cost-effective signage solutions that are suitable for your event, whether it’s taking place indoors or outdoors.
Beat the Christmas Rush – Order Early!
We know that Christmas events can involve plenty of last-minute planning, but getting your signage organised early can save unnecessary stress as the big day approaches.
Ordering ahead gives you more time to finalise artwork, explore different materials and make sure everything is ready when you need it.
