THE CLIENT
Fairgame is an adults-only competitive socialising experience that brings the nostalgia of the traditional funfair into a vibrant, modern setting. Combining reimagined fairground games with innovative technology, street food and bars, the venues are designed to deliver an immersive and highly interactive experience.
THE BRIEF
The Fairgame team approached PB Signs to help bring their digital gaming experience to life, requiring bespoke casings for a series of interactive game screens and leaderboards. The finished units needed to integrate technology seamlessly into the venue while complementing Fairgame’s bold, playful aesthetic and withstanding the demands of a busy hospitality environment.
THE SOLUTION
Working closely with the Fairgame team, we designed and manufactured bespoke metal screen housings, fabricated specifically around the digital displays and finished in a distinctive metallic gold. Perforated detailing was incorporated into the casings for ventilation, while precision-cut apertures allowed the technology and contactless elements to sit neatly within the units.
We also produced custom printed acrylic contactless/NFC panels, creating a durable, high-quality finish consistent across the different gaming stations. From fabrication and finishing through to the smaller branded details, each element was carefully considered to make the technology feel like an integral part of the Fairgame experience rather than simply a screen mounted to a wall.
The result is a series of robust, bespoke display units that combine signage, fabrication, print and technology to deliver something completely unique to the venue.
THE OUTCOME
The finished units blend seamlessly into Fairgame’s colourful, high-energy environment, giving the digital screens and leaderboards a polished, purpose-built finish. The combination of bespoke metal fabrication, vibrant branding and integrated technology created a solution that is not only functional and durable, but adds to the overall immersive experience of the venue.
