SJL Insurance is a Worcester-based independent insurance broker with a strong reputation for delivering personal, tailored insurance solutions. As their business continued to grow, they wanted their offices to reflect the same professionalism and personality as their brand, creating a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
THE BRIEF
When SJL Insurance wanted to enhance their Worcester offices, they weren’t simply looking for new signage. They wanted to create a workplace that reflected their brand, celebrated their local roots and left a lasting impression on both employees and visitors.
Working closely with the team, we developed a series of bespoke branding elements that transformed the office into a space that feels both professional and uniquely theirs.
THE SOLUTION
The project combined several different elements to create a consistent workplace branding scheme throughout the office.
We manufactured and installed a premium acrylic logo sign, complete with precision-cut acrylic lettering and complementary vinyl graphics to create a clean, modern focal point within the workspace.
Alongside this, our design team created a bespoke textured feature wallpaper inspired by SJL Insurance’s existing colour palette and their geographical location. We developed artwork that reflected the company’s identity, creating something completely unique to their business.
The finished wallpaper was then printed in-house and professionally installed, complemented by a matching textured vinyl feature wall strip that helped tie the branding together throughout the office.

One thing we’ve learnt from workplace branding projects is that the most memorable offices aren’t necessarily the ones with the biggest budgets- they’re the ones that feel authentic.
By combining bespoke graphics with carefully considered branding, SJL Insurance’s office now tells a story that’s unique to their business. The feature wall has become a genuine talking point for both employees and visitors, helping create an environment that’s welcoming, professional and instantly recognisable.
