PB Signs was proud to produce a range of custom vinyl graphics for Max vs 100, a Red Bull karting event that saw Max Verstappen take on 100 competitors on track.
THE BRIEF
With a large number of karts taking part, the event required clear, consistent and professional graphics that could be easily identified at speed while fitting seamlessly with the event branding.
Our job was to produce the vinyl elements for the karts, including individually numbered graphics and branded Max vs 100 decals.
The graphics needed to deliver vibrant colour, crisp detail and a consistent finish across the fleet, while being suitable for application to the curved bodywork of the karts.
From Artwork to the Starting Grid
Working from the supplied event artwork, our team prepared and produced the graphics in-house at PB Signs.
The project included individual 60mm-high kart numbers, covering more than 100 race numbers, alongside branded Max vs 100 decals featuring the distinctive Red Bull event artwork.
Accuracy was particularly important. With so many individual numbers and graphics being produced, everything needed to be correctly sized, organised and supplied ready for straightforward application.
Our large-format print and finishing capabilities meant we could keep production under one roof, maintaining control over colour, quality and consistency throughout the job.
Made for the Fast Lane
The finished graphics looked fantastic once installed, transforming the karts into a cohesive, event-ready fleet.
And unlike plenty of signage projects, these graphics weren’t going to be standing still.
Seeing our print lined up across the grid and captured throughout the event was a brilliant example of how relatively small-format graphics can play a big part in creating a professional branded experience.
From individual identification through to sponsor and event branding, every detail helped bring the Max vs 100 identity onto the track.
