Refreshing a renowned Worcester favourite with a complete rebrand, signage package and cohesive visual identity.

THE CLIENT

Lily B’s Kitchen is one of Worcester’s oldest and most recognisable family-run sandwich shops, serving customers since 1988.

Known locally for its freshly made-to-order baguettes, breakfasts and lunch items, the business has built a loyal following over several decades. As the brand evolved, the team wanted a fresh new look that reflected the quality of their hospitality while maintaining the personality and reputation customers know and love.

THE PROJECT

Lily B’s approached PB Signs to deliver a complete brand refresh and signage package that would bring a new vision for the business to life across every customer touchpoint.

The project went far beyond signage alone. The goal was to create a cohesive brand identity that would work consistently across the shop environment, printed materials, merchandise, digital channels and social media. Every element needed to feel connected, helping Lily B’s present a professional, modern image while retaining the warmth and familiarity that has made the business a local favourite for over 35 years.

THE SOLUTION

Working closely with the Lily B’s team, we developed a comprehensive branding package designed to create consistency across every aspect of the business.

The rebrand included logo variations, colour palettes, typography guidelines, stationery templates, merchandise designs, social media assets and email signatures, providing the business with a complete visual identity toolkit for future growth.

To bring the new brand into the physical environment, we designed, manufactured and installed a range of signage and graphics throughout the premises. This included aluminium Dibond signs, etched window graphics, window and door vinyls and a bespoke worktop wrap, all carefully specified to create a polished and welcoming customer experience.

By combining strategic branding with high-quality signage and graphics, we helped transform the space into one that feels modern, professional and instantly recognisable as Lily B’s.
